Yes. You can link an external account to your Panacea Business Checking account. However, it will be "view only" and not transactional.
If you need to send money to an external account from your business checking account, you need to navigate to My Finance > My Recipients > ACH Recipients.
Add new ACH recipient or if the recipient is listed, hover over the three dots next to the recipient's name and click send money.
