Why am I unable to see a paid off loan / closed account in my online banking?

When a loan is fully paid off, the financial institution’s core system automatically updates the status of that loan to closed. Online Banking (OLB) is designed to display only accounts that are currently open and available for new activity, which is why the loan or account is no longer visible once it’s closed. This process helps keep your dashboard clear of inactive accounts, so you only see accounts that can still be used for payments, transfers, or other transactions. Please know that even though the loan / account no longer appears in Online Banking, all of your payment history and payoff details remain securely stored with the Financial Institute. If you ever need records of your paid-off loan or closed account - for example, financial records, proof of payoff, or tax purposes- you can request a loan history or payoff confirmation from us at any time.
