What kind of access do sub-users have?

Please note that this article only applies to business accounts.

Business account owners can create sub-users and assign different levels of access to Online Banking based on each user's responsibilities.

Business Admin

A Business Admin has full access to all Online Banking features, including the ability to create, edit, and manage other business users.

Business User

A Business User has access to all Online Banking features except managing users. They can perform transactions and use available banking services but cannot add, edit, or remove other users.

Business View Only

A Business View Only user can view account information and transaction history but cannot initiate transfers, payments, or other transactions.
