Same Day and Next Day ACH are faster ways to send and receive ACH payments. They allow money to be transferred between bank accounts on the same business day or next business day, instead of the usual 2–3 days.

Applies to external transfers (ACH) incoming and outgoing and Person to Person transfers.

Available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Payments must be submitted by specific cutoff times in order to process accordingly. Same Day Cutoff: 1p EST. Next Day Cutoff: 5p EST.

Often used for more urgent payments like payroll, vendor bills, or refunds, however not real-time. Wire transfers remain the fastest way to move funds.
How to process?
On the Web:

1. Click on the Transfer Money tab and select the Transfer Type. You can choose to:
- Send Money : to an external account at another financial institution.
- Withdraw Money: send money to your Panacea account from an external account at another financial institution.
- Contacts: send money to a person. (See how to add a contact by clicking here).
2. Select the account you want to send from and to. Click Continue.
3. Enter the amount, confirm the transfer date, agree to terms and conditions and click Continue.
4. Review the information on the next screen. If everything looks correct, click Continue.
5. Complete the security check to verify your identity by sending a code to your phone or registered email address. Click Continue.
6. A success message will confirm that the transfer has been scheduled.
7. You will receive a confirmation email from conciergedesk@panaceafinancial.com and a notification through the mobile app.
8. You will see the scheduled transfer under My Finance > Transfers
The App:
1. Click on the + button > Transfer Money and select Transfer Type. You can choose to:

5. A success message will appear. You will receive a confirmation email from conciergedesk@panaceafinancial.com and a notification through the mobile app.
6. The scheduled transfer will appear under My Finance.
