The Web:
Note: If you have a business account, switch to your personal profile to update your phone number, email address, or physical address.
To update your profile information, click on the More menu > Profile Settings.
On the next screen you can update your email address, phone number, mailing and residential address. Click Save Changes.
You will be asked to verify your identity with Multi-Factor Authentication:
Once you verify the code. You will receive a confirmation message saying that your profile information has been successfully updated.
You will also receive a text message from our Concierge Desk (1-844-795-3245) and an email notification from conciergedesk@panaceafinancial.com letting you know your profile information has been updated.

The App:
Click on the More menu.
Click on the arrow next to your name at the top of the screen.
