The Web:
In your Dashboard click on the Transfer Money Icon and select Between your Accounts.
On the next screen you can select Accounts From and To, Date, Amount, Frequency and click Continue.
The App:
Click on the + orange button at the bottom of your screen, select Transfer Money > Between Your Accounts. Follow the prompts to complete the transfer.
