# How can I send a secure message through online banking?

You have the option to send us a secure message through the web and mobile app. You should receive a response within one business day or less. 

**The Web:** 

On your Dashboard, click on the **More** menu **\> Secure Message.**

At the bottom of the screen, type in your message and hit **Send.**

You will receive confirmation that your message has been successfully sent and a representative will contact you.

Once a representative replies to your message, you will receive a notification via email from **conciergedesk@panaceafinancial.com**.

To view the message log back in, go to **More \> Secure Message.**

**The App:** 

Click on **More \> Secure Messages:**

At the bottom of the screen, type in your message and hit **Send.**

You will receive confirmation that your message has been successfully sent and a representative will contact you.

Once a representative replies to your message, you will receive a notification via email from **conciergedesk@panaceafinancial.com**.
