You have the option to send us a secure message through the web and mobile app. You should receive a response within one business day or less.
The Web:
On your Dashboard, click on the More menu > Secure Message.

At the bottom of the screen, type in your message and hit Send.


You will receive confirmation that your message has been successfully sent and a representative will contact you.

Once a representative replies to your message, you will receive a notification via email from conciergedesk@panaceafinancial.com.

To view the message log back in, go to More > Secure Message.

The App:
